How do I pay my fees to LIBT? The bank account details of where to send a telegraphic transfer to are as follows: BANK NAME: HSBC Bank Please make sure that you include your student ID number on instructions to the bank so that we know the payment is for you when it comes through our account. We cannot accept cash payments for tuition fees, however as we bank with HSBC, you can go and deposit the cash into our account using the details given above and then bring us the deposit slip so that we can issue you with a receipt. If you will be paying by bank draft or cheque, please make sure that the cheque is payable to LIBT as many cheques get accidentally made out to Brunel University and we cannot accept them as we are a separate company from Brunel. You can however, get a cheque or draft issued to Brunel for the accommodation deposit. It is only the tuition fees that must be payable to LIBT. When are my fees due for my second semester? You must make sure that you do pay the fees by the deadline that the Finance Officer gives you otherwise you may be charged a late payment penalty and will not be able to enrol in your classes, so as soon as you receive notice, arrange for the funds to come in. Do not leave it until the last minute. How do I pay my accommodation fees? Upon arrival, you will receive a contract from the accommodation office, which states the payments that you will need to make throughout the semester for your room. Usually this is paid in 3 instalments. Once you are in the UK, all accommodation payments are made directly to the cash office at Brunel University and the accommodation office can answer any questions about your room or your account with them. LIBT cannot take your accommodation payments nor answer any questions about outstanding amounts you have on your accommodation account as Brunel administers all this. Should you wish to cancel your accommodation before arriving in the UK and receive your refund back, you must give at least 7 days notice prior to the tenancy agreement date. Notice can be given to the admissions manager of LIBT and they will notify the accommodation office immediately. If adequate notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited.
