I chose LIBT because I wanted to boost my English and study skills whilst doing the first year of a business degree. Although I had achieved an A grade in English at GSCE’s, English in the UK is totally different. The compulsory study skills module at LIBT really helped me to bridge that gap.

LIBT also appealed to me because Brunel University is recognised worldwide. When I finish my studies I want to go into sports Marketing and Advertising. My studies in Business and Management will widen my knowledge in this field and help me to get a good job.

I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed and friendly attitude shown to international students when I arrived in the UK. The classes at LIBT are really friendly and supportive. I come from a very close-knit family so being able to come to a small, friendly school like LIBT was very important to me.
