Jonathan Okoliko Obaje Pre-Masters Business and Management > MSc Management
I chose LIBT because it offered me a platform to study at postgraduate level irrespective of my qualifications. My most rewarding experience to date was meeting those members of staff who helped me and gave me the opportunity to study here. The Library on campus is well organised and the people and environment of London is quite different to that back home. I enjoy hanging out with friends and going sightseeing in London.
I believe my degree from Brunel University will increase my chances of securing a good job. I want to return back to my old company in Nigeria into a higher position and use the knowledge and skills acquired to enhance my organisation.

Mark Sylvester Ogbuah Diploma of Business and Management > BSc Business and Management
The Diploma of Business and Management has helped me to think critically and it has also stimulated me to always aim high and to work independently.
Studying in Brunel has given me a lot of confidence to prepare for my career in Business and Management. If I should say once it was a dream but now it is a reality - the lectures and the tutors, including all of the LIBT staff have been very supportive and encouraging and my thanks to them.
I’m really glad I decided to become a student here. The thing I like most about Brunel is the students union – it's fantastic! There is always something happening on campus and it’s worth getting to know as many people as possible.

Mohammed Nurudeen Mijinyawa International Foundation Programme > Diploma of Business and Management > BSc Business and Management
I chose to study at LIBT because transferring to study in the UK from Nigeria meant I had to repeat a year at most English colleges but at LIBT I can complete the programme in a year and go straight into 2nd year of the degree with Brunel University.
My most rewarding experience in LIBT has been the closeness of all students and staff despite varieties of differences. I really enjoy the sports facilities, as playing soccer is my past time and I use both the library and the student union.
Brunel University is one of the best Universities in the UK as the standards here are high academically. It doesn’t take a genius to know that Brunel University is the place to be.
After I finish my degree I would like to go further to do a Masters degree and possible run a firm’s marketing sector.

Victoria Chinwendu Agada Pre-Masters Business and Management > MSc Marketing
I chose to study at LIBT and Brunel University because of the standard of education. Brunel University is reputable and a prestigious University and my degree will definitely help me get a good job when I finish.
It is a first class environment and the facilities are great. I was impressed by the friendly, approachable and supportive attitude of the staff and I also like my teacher. I have made new friends in class from different countries.
The facilities I like most is the internet connection in my room, the library, medical centre, refectory where the food is cheap and the students union.
London is an interesting place. The roads are good and the people very organised. The study system is good and is what I expected but the weather isn’t fair because it’s supposed to be summer, but…
I have been to London city a few times and it is really interesting. I have visited Trafalgar Square and London Bridge.
When I finish my degree I want to work in a company in the Personnel department. I hope to pursue a career in that area using the skills I have gained to further my experience.

Fatimah Bobbo Diploma of Business and Management > BSc Business and Management
I decided to study at LIBT because of the shorter time taken to complete an undergraduate degree. It’s taking me 8 months to complete the Diploma in Business and Management and proceed to the second year at Brunel - bypassing the year that would have been spent at Brunel University. Also, the fees are a little lower than at Brunel University.
The flexible starting dates influenced my decision, because I have been able to start school earlier and complete my studies in a shorter time.
I would encourage students who do not have A-levels qualifications to go for the foundation courses at LIBT. I’d also encourage students to apply to the pre-Masters course as a prelude to entering a Masters programme.
